However, BOCC “Commissioners then passed a motion to approve a cost funding agreement with Cloverleaf, doing business as Western Meadowlark ProjectCo. Under the agreement, the company will establish a fund with an initial amount of $450,000 that can be used to fund county expenses for the use of third parties, such as consultants, for review work for the proposed data center project.
