- Chuck Caisley, Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer, Evergy;
- Justin Grady, Director of Utilities Division, Kansas Corporation Commission;
- Aaron Bilyeu, Chief Development Officer, Cloverleaf;
- Zack Pistora, Chapter Director and State Lobbyist, Sierra Club – Kansas Chapter; Mr. Pistora’s information was not posted in the work session packet but is available on request from CAB.
- Mark Loughry, County Administrator, Leavenworth County was scheduled to present ‘Datacenter Potential Property Tax Impact’ but due to the length of the work session did not present.
